Unique, lifestyle-based cosmetics
To celebrate 150 years, Shiseido launched the commemorative BANBUTSU SHISEI LIFE DEW. Referencing the origins of the company name and developed under the concept of future beauty, LIFE DEW works with the user’s skin.
Shiseido Creative Co designed the bold, sophisticated packaging, and like the product itself, we worked under the keyword “life”. As such, we ensured the use of sustainable materials throughout.
In everything we do, we pursue “responsible creation”— striving for a better future for all things living.
“Banbutsu Shisei” is written Kanji. The free-flowing strokes represent the beauty of life and provide a nod to the 150th anniversary of Shiseido.
Recycled glass and plastic are used for the bottle and cap in consideration of sustainability. The cardboard outer carton protects and beautifully frames the product within. The three-layer structure, which combines subtle blue and white, creates a unique, eye-catching image.
