Clé de Peau Beauté, a global skincare and makeup brand born from cutting-edge skin science, releases a limited-edition collection every holiday season. This year, “The Little Mermaid” fairytale was the core inspiration for the holiday collection.

Today’s world is full of uncertainty. More than ever, we need the optimism and courage to carve out our destiny. We thought the Little Mermaid was the perfect representative: a heroine who moves forward and believes in her potential. This collection invites us to live out the story of our protagonist while playing on the glamour of the holidays and the magic of the sea.

Product Design

Clé de Peau Beauté’s “Little Mermaid” is universal and modern, representing a love for each of our possibilities. The collection’s packaging combines an ocean-blue base with radiant designs representing our undersea world’s enchanting diversity. In every illustration is a “coral key”: the item that allows our heroine to break out of her shell and open the door to future possibilities.

La Crème’s packaging features a special luminous coating, resulting in a multi-layered luster: a light aqua color evoking the radiance of the sea and a glittering gold reminiscent of morning rays. These colors represent a world filled with the light of hope and joy.

Communication Design

The coral key is the collection’s icon, an item that opens the door to our protagonist’s possibilities. The film follows the journey of our heroine as she grasps the key, heads toward the sea’s shimmering surface, and takes control of her destiny.

Through every asset, we hoped to represent hope and eager anticipation for what lies ahead, resulting in a joyful promotion fit for the holiday season.

Space Design

Upon entering the space, visitors were surrounded by ornate walls and fabrics that allowed them to feel as if they were under the sea. Inside, we provided visitors with a one-of-a-kind experience, complete with peepholes that allowed visitors to immerse themselves in the Clé de Peau Beauté universe, a photo area backdropped by kaleidoscopic illustrations, and fireworks activated by the flash of a camera.
