Announcement: Integration of Shiseido Co. Ltd. and Shiseido Creative Co., Ltd.

This is to inform you that Shiseido Creative Co., Ltd. (“our company”) will be absorbed into Shiseido Co., Ltd. (“Shiseido”) in 2026, as announced in Shiseido’s financial results presentation for the third quarter of fiscal 2025. Shiseido is currently implementing various structural reforms to build a foundation for sustainable growth. This integration is intended to drive group-wide efficiency and unlock synergies. All rights and obligations based on contracts concluded by our company are expected to be transferred to Shiseido through the merger. Detailed information regarding this transition will be provided separately by the end of April 2026. Through this organizational restructuring, Shiseido aims to further strengthen creative initiatives and communications, enhancing value creation and communication.
